The citizens' incident reporting application

Majik'Signal is the citizens’ application enabling an incident such as road damage or a faulty lamppost to be reported to municipal departments in just a few clicks of a mouse. Each incident is geo-located, classified by call-out type, enhanced with photos or videos then automatically assigned to the correct department responsible for dealing with it. The individual reporting the incident is kept informed of the status of his request.

Majik'Signal web is the web portal that enables your user relationship management services to record in a single tool all the technical requests and complaints made by your citizens at the town hall, by phone, email, mail, etc. In physical reception, your agents can also instantly enter incident reports made orally by a citizen.

The Majik’Signal web portal also enables users of industrial or tertiary sites to send a request for intervention to the general services or directly to the service providers in charge of the maintenance and upkeep of their site in just a few clicks.

Your agents can consult the status of requests without having to contact the services in charge of processing them. Customized notifications are also sent automatically to the requester at each stage of the request process.
